Awards: Audrey Z, Chair. Prepares and submits Books of Evidence for GCI awards.
Books and Education TBD Chair. Provides information on books of interest to garden club members. Teaches flower arranging and various techniques of design. Keeps members abreast of pertinent information.
Civic: TBD Chair. Selects various community projects to support ARBOR DAY – provides trees for the community and schools.
Conservation: JoAnn M, Chair. Encourages conservation, supports national conservation groups, GCI conservation projects and directs club conservation projects
Exhibits: Carol K Chair. Arranges at the downtown branch of the Naperville Public Library for members to provide weekly floral or plant displays, an educational exhibit, conservation information and notices of local, state, district or national garden club activities
Field and Tour: Judy D. Chair. Arranges transportation and guides for special trips for Club members
Flower Show: JoAnn M, Chair. Selects chairmen and coordinates each facet of the flower show.
Garden Therapy: Nancy J, Chair. Provides garden related activities to help persons in nursing homes and at the Ecumenical Adult Care Facility.
Historian: Bonnie B, Chair. Keeps a narrative history of the club and maintains the Archives. Naper Settlement has become the custodian of the Archives, which are given to them every ten years.
Horticulture: Nancy C. Chair. Provides information of interest about flowers, trees, shrubs, etc. Directs plant exchange and plant sale for club members.
Membership: Gale G, Judy K, Chairs. Hosts at general meetings, greets and invites prospective members, welcomes guests, collects dues and maintains membership roster.
Newsletter: Barbara J, Chair. Provides membership with monthly publication regarding pertinent Club information
Nominating: Gwenn L, Chair. Prepares nominations for officers as a committee.
Revision: Gwenn L, Chair. Directs parliamentary procedure, prepares by-laws and revisions
Photographer: Carol L and Marge N, CoChairs Captures and stores digital images of garden club events. Is responsible for posting images on club website and various photography links
Programs: Carol A, Chair. Arranges all programs and speakers for general meetings.
Properties: Diane G, Chair.. Arranges for meeting set up and cares for all Club properties. Responsible for setup of holiday market and maintaining the storage unit.
Publicity: Directs publicity for all meetings, Cup of Cheer™ and any other Club sponsored activity.
Scholarships: Marilyn K , Chair. Selects and awards college or vocational scholarships to Naperville area students, supports GCI, Inc. scholarship fund, provides a scholarship to North Central College.
Social: Bernice S, Joyce L, Deb T, CoChairs. The Social Committee is in charge of providing hostesses and centerpieces at the club’s monthly meetings, coordinates the hostesses and refreshments for the Cup of Cheer Tea, the annual luncheon and any special events.
Sunshine: Gwen R, Chair. Sends cards or flowers or makes visits to members when appropriate.
Supply Shop: Barbara H Chair. Sells special gardening and floral materials. Provides small sample floral ideas and “how to do” directions
Ways and Means: Diane G, Chair Directs and coordinates our fundraising event, Cup of Cheer™

Yearbook: Katie D, Chair. Plans and organizes the printing of the annual yearbook.
Youth Activities: TBD, Chair. Directs meetings and activities of the Naperville Junior Garden Club for girls and boys.
