Standing Committees
- Advisor: Eileen Ulbrecht, Chairperson – a past Club president who acts as a Club liaison to help steer projects and ideas of interest suggested by members and attends board meetings to advise them
- Conservation: JoAnn Monge, Chairperson. – encourages conservation; Directs Club conservation projects and supports Garden Club of Illinois and National Garden Clubs conservation projects
- Exhibits: Lynn Engel, Chairperson – coordinates weekly displays
- Field and Tour: Patty Boyd, Chairperson – plans and arranges field trips for Club members and their guests
- Horticulture: Audrey Zilinsky, Chairperson – encourages the growing and sharing of flowers and plants; Coordinates fall and spring plant exchange and sales
- Membership: Janet Carlson, Chairperson – Co-chairs: Sarah Adamson, Lynne Slavik and Nancy Kannry. -collects annual dues, provides name tags at Club meetings and maintains membership records; Connects prospective members and guests at General meetings and coffees throughout the year
- Newsletter: Celeste Wagner
- Photography: Nancy Proctor, Chairperson – records Club activities through digital photos; Responsible for supplying images for posting on Club website and various photographic links
- Programs: Patty Boyd, Chairperson – arranges all programs for General meetings
- Properties: Diane Greenawalt, Chairperson – facility coordinator for rental property and is in charge of all Club property
- Publicity: Marilyn Krueger, Chairperson – prepares information about all Club and Club sponsored activities for distribution to the media
- Revisions: Gwenn Lloyd, Chairperson – directs parliamentary procedure, prepares and periodically reviews by-laws, constitution and standing rules
- Scholarships: Sharon Kochanek, Chairperson – selects and awards college or vocational scholarships to Naperville area students who are pursuing degrees which reflect the mission of the Club
- Social: Sandy Anderson, Wrenne Jakubiak and Rita Zola, Chairpersons – coordinates details for monthly General meetings, in addition to the December Luncheon and the Annual Meeting. This includes reservations, hostesses, centerpieces, program equipment, food and beverages
- Social Media: Celeste Wagner, Website Chairperson; Camille Woodward, Facebook Chairperson. – designs, maintains and keeps the Club’s website and social media current
- Sunshine: Brigid Darden, Jacquie and Lynne Slavick, Chairperson – sends cards and arranges for memorial donations; Makes visits, when appropriate, to members
- Youth Activities: Nancy Carroll, Chairperson
Special Committees
- Awards: Pertinent Club Members, Chairpersons – prepares and submits applications to the Garden Clubs of Illinois for District Ⅱ, State, Regional and National awards
- Budget: Helen Cha, Chairperson – prepares the annual budget
- Civic: Diane Greenawalt, Chairperson – supports community gardening projects selected by the Club. Directs funds for Arbor Day trees and shrubs for a community location
- Community Outreach: Gwenn Lloyd, Chairperson – interacts on behalf of the Club with community organizations
- Cup of Cheer™: Gwenn Lloyd, Chairperson – directs and coordinates the annual Cup of Cheer™ fundraiser
- Field & Tour: Patty Boyd - coordinate trips through the year.
- Garden Therapy: Karen Roth and Diane Parpet, Chairperson with – provides garden related activities for the elderly and those with special needs
- Historian: Bonnie Bula, Chairperson – keeps a narrative and written history of the Club. Maintains the archives which are housed at the Naper Settlement
- Nominating: Club Members, Chairperson – prepares slate of officer nominations for elections; Installs new officers at Annual meetings
- Yearbook: Gwenn Lloyd and Diane Greenawalt, Chairpersons – plans and organizes the printing of the annual yearbook
- Youth Activities: TBD, Chairperson – provides programs for girls and boys and encourage them to participate in Club activities as appropriate
