Program to follow the business meeting
· Meeting costs are: $15 for members, $20 for guests except October and March will be $25 for members, $40 for guests.
· The cost for the December and May luncheons will be determined.
· Reservations are required.

Tammy Bottigliero, from the Growing Place, will tell us what plants to choose to brighten our autumn gardens.

Hands-on Workshop
Patty Boyd and Nancy Carroll will teach members how to plant and care for amaryllis and paper whites bulbs. Bring an 8” container to pot your choice of an amaryllis bulb out of 5 different options. Reservations are required and there is a fee for your bulb and soil.

Member Helen Cha will share her expertise on growing vegetables. Designing raised beds and planting techniques for plentiful yields will be discussed.

Back by popular demand, Janet Gallagher, horticulture and floral design associate professor from Kishwaukee College, will demonstrate a floral design and how to make this yourself. Please bring your clippers and a box to take home the design.
